All
disputes which may arise between you and the Casino including their successors
in title under general or special title as a result of these Terms and
Conditions or as a result of further agreements and other acts in connection
with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in
Cyprus and in accordance with Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules.
